When is the room ready for occupancy? Can I bring my dog on holiday? And what rules apply in the event of cancellation? The best way to start your holiday is when there are no questions left unanswered.
- On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know by telephone.
- On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
The room prices are per person per day including half board and use of all hotel facilities. For overnight stays with breakfast, we reimburse € 8.00 per person/day on top of the half board prices.
The price does not include the local tax of € 3.30 per person per day (excluding children under 14 years). This is calculated on site and is not included in the total price. This includes the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna throughout the year.
Children's discounts per day when staying in the parents' room:
- 0-3 years: € 9.00
- 3-7 years: 60%
- 8-14 years: 50%
- from 14 years: 30%
The hotel bill can be paid with all major EC or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash. American Express and Diners are not accepted.
Your well-behaved four-legged friends are very welcome here. We thank you for your understanding that dogs do not have access to the dining room, the indoor swimming pool and the sunbathing lawn.
Daily price: € 15.00 (without food)
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are possible free of charge.
- In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total stay will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation on the date of arrival / no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
It is hard enough to unexpectedly not be able to go on a booked trip. In order to avoid any financial losses, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that any expenses are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
